Anthony J. Campagna, Sr founded Campagna & Associates, Realtors in 1979 and has been in the real estate business since. At Campagna & Associates, Realtors, we are realtors. But, we are so much more than the average real estate company. We are full time residential specialists. We list and sell, we help buyers purchase homes or investment properties, we lease our listings to prospective tenants and we lease and then manage for our owners. We help buyer’s purchase and rehab residential properties. We help our property owners acquire additional properties for their inventory. The property management division has been operating as such since 1985.

And she remains committed to personal and professional development with a Master’s Degree focused in Finance and an MBA. Franceanna Campagna is broker owner of her own Real Estate sales and investment corporation, Campagna Real Estate. She works in partnership with Campagna Property Management to bring management solutions to her investor clients.

Jo Campagna Trout has helped define Campagna Realtors’ as an honest and inviting company. As the Account Manager, Jo is dedicated to making sure every tenant is confident and secure in their financial relationships associated with the company through her clarifying facilitation. For nineteen years, she has brought a detail-oriented eye to the table, identifying and establishing conveniences that are both comfortable for the client as well as the company. Jo has taken on the enjoyable side project, paired with her personal drive for opportunity, opening her own shop on Ebay, flipping boots to books to bring new life and homes to everyday objects.

John Broderick knows what it means to have a place to call home at the end of a long day of work. After driving 160 miles a day while working full-time as a Corporate Bond Salesman with the Lehman Brothers at Credit Suisse, for decades, he knew it was time for a change. His Realtor career originally launched after a one-off sale, brokered by Anthony Campagna Sr, before his Bond Salesman work had even begun. Thirty years later, John returned to his roots, despite being far from his home in New York, and renewed his license. With well-earned and defined experience in facilitation and relationship development in-hand, John is dedicated to finding and matching people to the lifelong essential: a place to call home.
