We list and sell, we help buyers purchase homes or investment properties, we lease our listings to prospective tenants and we lease and then manage for our owners. We help buyer’s purchase and rehab residential properties. We help our property owners acquire additional properties for their inventory. The property management division has been operating as such since 1985.

Franceanna Campagna is broker owner of her own Real Estate sales and investment corporation, Campagna Real Estate. She works in partnership with Campagna Property Management to bring management solutions to her investor clients.

Jo Campagna Trout has helped define Campagna Realtors’ as an honest and inviting company. As the Account Manager, Jo is dedicated to making sure every tenant is confident and secure in their financial relationships associated with the company through her clarifying facilitation. For nineteen years, she has brought a detail-oriented eye to the table, identifying and establishing conveniences that are both comfortable for the client as well as the company. Jo has taken on the enjoyable side project, paired with her personal drive for opportunity, opening her own shop on Ebay, flipping boots to books to bring new life and homes to everyday objects.
